Have you ever eaten dry Banana Bread – arrrgh…BB should be moist – like a banana – right?
Check out this recipe for Moist Banana Bread. Chris and I fired up two loaves this morning.
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cream the following in a separate bowl:
1 stick of softened butter
1.5 cups of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
4 tbs of sour cream
In separate bowl mash 4 ripe (soft) bananas
Mix all ingredients together – pour into a greased bread pan or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour or until middle is done. If top gets too brown place foil lightly on top of loaf.
Tell me what you think! Send me some revisions or additions – IE. Walnuts, Chocolate chips, Cinnamon

Howdy. Just want to make a short statement and ask where you acquired your particular blog page model I might be establishing own web-site and tremendously appreciate your particular design.

Thanks Pastor John, really good, moist banana bread. Our family has been enjoying it since Wednesday. I saw the recipe, looked in the kitchen and saw we had exactly four ripe bananas, so I cooked up a batch. I didn’t have walnuts in the house but next time I will definitely try that. Anthony and I were both missing the crunch of nuts that we like in banana bread. Thanks for sharing.
