Celebrating 20 Years of Marriage

John & Chris

John & Chris

I just want you to know that I’m more in love with you today then I was twenty years ago. When I think of the time that we’ve shared together I’m reminded of the conversations we had during our courtship. We discussed the conviction of cultivating a heart for God individually…knowing that would be the glue in our relationship. The truth of that conviction has become so evident as we’ve navigated the valleys and mountain tops over the last twenty years. We also were exceptionally aware that God gave us to one another as a gift…one to be valued and honored. That value has been critical in keeping our relationship in perspective. I can honestly say that I’m more in love with you now then I was twenty years ago. The covenant we entered with God, the security of loyal love, the joy of companionship…oh may we never lose them! I attached the song that we played at our wedding. It continues to be a critical reminder of the love and gift that God has given us.♥ Our Wedding Song

Thank you for your thoughtful and loving words and your commitment to me and our children. You have been my prize as well! Life has it’s joys and it’s struggles and it is amazing when two people value the convenant made before God and to each other their love and commitment surpasses the deepest valley and their relationship can only become stronger and sweeter. I love you till death do us part.

What an awesome accomplishment!!! Its been said there are 3 rings in Marriage-the angagement ring, wedding ring and the suffer-ring. I believe in your case the 3rd is the Nurture-ring. Congrats!!!
